Matt Buckland
VP of Customer Advocacy @ Workable

Sourcing has become an action at scale, it’s how we describe all manner of programmatic and technical approaches to finding candidates.  But what if we already know the people we want to target? What if they are the leaders of their industries? What if they’re famous? How can we better standout from the millions of messages they get every day?

By using some subtle but hardwired psychology we can build an engaging foundation that compels a candidate to interact with your organization when they otherwise would not. Creating reciprocity with candidates is no easy task, but the competitive advantages are well worth the time and effort behind a creative reciprocity strategy. Join us for a session where we examine how some companies have implemented a strategy of reciprocity to engage with passive candidates in high demand talent pools. In this session you’ll learn:

– Targeted employer branding tactics for a competitive edge.
– The application of reciprocity recruiting toward hard to engage candidates.
– Utilize social and professional networks to engage with passive candidates.
– …and just how much Lego it takes to recruit the inventor of Google Maps.
